What makes us different
Our young company still offers a lot of room for manoeuvre. We do not have rigid structures. Instead, we approach every day with passion in order to achieve more together. We want to learn from each other, make a difference, inspire customers and business partners, create added value for patients, celebrate successes and constantly evolve as employees in the process.
This is also reflected in our company values.
Patient Safety – University Excellence – Innovation – Customer Satisfaction – Togetherness – Improvement – Profitability – Fun at Work
Who we are
Dr. Tobias Lindig
Managing Director, Specialist in Radiology, Specialist in Neurology
My personal mission is to bring the latest findings and possibilities from clinical research to the patient as quickly as possible. In my many years as a doctor and researcher at the University Hospital of Tübingen, I have often seen valuable research results disappear into a drawer. With AIRAmed’s innovative software solutions, we want to prevent exactly that.
Christiane Lindig
Head of Corporate Development, Authorised Signatory
Inspiring customers – for our products, for our services, for us as a company and for the people behind it – that is my daily motivation when it comes to advancing our team, processes, products and services as Head of Corporate Development.
Dr. Benjamin Bender
Specialist in Radiology, Head of Product Management, Authorised Signatory
Long ago for my professional career, I had to decide between medicine and computer science. At that time, I decided in favour of medicine. After 15 years of clinical experience in radiology, I can now combine both passions in my job as head of strategic product management at AIRAmed. I particularly enjoy the fact that I get to develop software solutions every day that have a positive impact on patients’ lives and make work in the clinic easier.
Johannes Bretscher
Even as a child, I always enjoyed getting things up and running. By working as a software developer, I turned this fascination into my profession. In my free time, I am a passionate beekeeper and enjoy spending time in nature.
Nicole Dechert-Bausch, MBA
My passion is designing corporate communications that inspire to explore the great opportunities of AI technology. Achieving a much better quality of life for everyone through our expertise is what drives me. Having exciting cutting-edge technology, a relaxed working atmosphere and pushing the boundaries of innovation anew is what fascinates me at AIRAmed.
Jedediah Deitrick
Jonas Kübler
At the beginning of my professional career, I already set myself the goal to make a difference with my work and to change society in a positive way. At AIRAmed I can do exactly that. As a bioinformatician, the combination of medicine and technology also excites me. With sports activities during the lunch break or lots of Nutella in the afternoon, fun and entertainment are guaranteed to break up the routine workday.
Dr. Kevin Menden
During my doctoral studies, I conducted research using AI data to gain new insights into neurodegenerative diseases. Here at AIRAmed, I can now develop and apply state-of-the-art algorithms that create direct added value for doctors and patients. Working this closely with practical applications fascinates and motivates me!
Sebastian Penhouet
Empowering our Research & Development Team to perform at its best on a daily basis, reacting quickly to new customer requirements and creating new standards in patient care with our products is what drives me. My passion is machine learning. I put a lot of my heart and soul into researching new disruptive products for our product range.
Dr. Nadezhda Radeva
Dr. Paul Rinnert
During my studies in neurobiology, I discovered my passion for data analysis. Here at AIRAmed I can develop exciting software products, continuously learn new things and at the same time do something good for patients.
Joan Sigloch
At AIRAmed, I can apply the deep learning skills I learned in my studies within a meaningful setting while learning a lot of new things in the field of medical image processing and analysis on a daily basis. From research and development to customer support, I deal with the most diverse areas of software development, allowing me to contribute to a field that I’m passionate about. Lunch together, occasional spikeball sessions and the traditional after-work beer on Fridays round off the working day and make for a very pleasant atmosphere.
Dr. Maximilian Stalter
In my spare time as a lacrosse referee, rules are very important because they give the game order and structure. The same holds true for my daily work in Regulatory Affairs. I guide the development of our medical products based on laws and standards to ensure safe products of the highest standard. In Quality Management, I optimise our processes so that patients continue to benefit from increasingly better products in the future.
Julius Steiglechner
In my opinion, machine learning is of critical importance to humanity, especially in the field of healthcare. I want to contribute to positively influencing our future in this regard. That is why I am committed to real innovations that benefit as many people as possible. At AIRAmed, I am helping to create value through research-based development, coupled with a bold entrepreneurial spirit.
Lisa Tomm
I am motivated by activities and especially results that are people-oriented and make a difference. That is exactly what I find at AIRAmed. In addition, the team structure of the company allows flexible working at different times and from home. That is very important for me as a mother of two children.
