YOUR TASKS

As Chief Financial Officer, you are a member of our executive management team and responsible for all financial matters. Your responsibilities will include:

• Advising and supporting the management and shareholders on financial issues and strategic decisions
• Preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial analyses and reports
• Liquidity management
• Financial accounting and bookkeeping
• Collaboration with external partners (banks, tax consultants and auditors)
• Optimization and digitization of financial and controlling processes in the CRM system
• Conception and implemention of a medium-term financial strategy

The size of our company and our flat hierarchies require a strong practical focus in addition to the management function, as well as the willingness to implement projects operationally.

YOUR PROFILE

• Master's degree in business administration or finance
• Several years of professional experience in a senior finance position, ideally in the MedTech industry
• Sound knowledge in the areas of finance, controlling, accounting, and taxes
• High degree of initiative and sense of responsibility
• Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills
