At AIRAmed, we work at the interface between medical research and applied technological innovation. We develop medical software solutions to bring innovative research results to patients in a timely manner and to significantly improve the lives of patients and their families.

Alzheimer's disease and other dementias are considered the second most feared diseases after cancer. With our AI software, we enable early detection of these diseases. The earlier neurodegenerative diseases are detected, the greater the chance of successful therapy.

To make this innovative software internationally successful, we are looking for you!

YOUR TASKS

• Support of the management in all administrative, operational and organizational tasks as well as in the daily business
• Handling of all correspondence as interface to suppliers, customers and partners
• Preparation of offers, processing of orders and invoicing
• Preparation of payroll and financial accounting
• Conception and cooperation in the implementation of these processes in our CRM system

YOUR PROFILE

• You have a degree in business administration or equivalent studies
• Alternatively, you have completed a commercial education and have initial professional experience
• Experience in assistant tasks and commercial administration is a plus
• Fluent written and spoken German as well as good English skills are a mandatory requirement
• A structured way of working, flexibility, organizational skills as well as an independent and committed approach to work characterizes you
• In addition, trustworthiness, loyalty and discretion are self-evident for you
• You are confident and experienced in dealing with modern office communication and current MS Office applications
• You remain calm even in turbulent times and have reliable time and deadline management skills
• You enjoy working in a small team and are always enthusiastic about new challenges
